DR QINISILE DIALE – Founder of Family Matters, “where making babies is art”

Meet – Dr. Qinisile Diale, South African born Gynaecologist, Obstetrician and Fertility Specialist.

She is the Founder and Medical Director of Family Matters, the first female-owned Fertility Clinic in South Africa, where making babies is art, based in Centurion, Pretoria.

Dr. Q as she is affectionately known by her patients enjoys interacting with other women and is immensely excited by the thought of alleviating other women’s pains and struggles in conceiving.

After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine & Surgery (MBChB) in 2006 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Dr. Qinisile Patricia Diale completed her internship at Witbank Hospital, rotating in the various medical departments. She then went on to complete her community service year in Obstetrics & Gynecology department. It was during this time that she felt drawn to the field of women’s health and went on to obtain her Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2009.

Dr. Q. Diale studied further and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration through the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS, University of Pretoria). She then worked in Pretoria West Hospital as a Medical Officer, managing the HIV Clinic and providing antenatal care. She then trained as an Obstetrician & Gynecologist at the University of Pretoria and obtained her qualification as a specialist in 2015, through the Colleges of Medicine South Africa.

Since then Dr. Q. Diale has been practicing both Obstetrics & Gynecology at Netcare Unitas Hospital in Centurion. While she has an immense passion for both of these fields, Dr. Q. Diale has gained a special interest in infertility and endocrinology. With the idea of opening a practice more focused on fertility, Dr. Q decided to pursue this field and gain more knowledge in it. She began her fellowship at Steve Biko Academic Hospital and started her Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Reproductive Medicine at the University of Pretoria, completing it and her certification in Reproductive Medicine & Endocrinology through the Colleges of Medicine South Africa in 2019.

She worked at Pretoria West Hospital as a Medical Officer and trained as an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at the University of Pretoria. In 2015, she obtained her qualification as a specialist through the Colleges of Medicine South Africa.

“Being a mother of four beautiful children, I owe my blessings to the Creator of all that is beautiful. I’m not only devoted to my patients but passionate about helping women lead healthy lives,” said Dr. Q.
